Remarkable Dynamics were engaged by a local borough council to provide a solution centred around Microsoft Dynamics 365, which helped them to manage citizens information, cases related to those citizens and outbound communication for local services, events, etc.
The integrated architecture that Remarkable Dynamics designed and built enabled the local council to holistically manage their interactions with citizens in the area. Using Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the core application to communicate with the Microsoft Azure Service Bus, Microsoft Azure Functions would interact with Microsoft BizTalk Server. This would then interact with internal back-office systems, which would in turn communicate back to the core application.
Although multiple systems were involved in the architecture, from a user perspective information was collected in a single place and could be utilised via a single application.
